Local sales data from county governments is a good source, but I am not aware of any service that compiles into a uniform Regional data set.

Also Census tract is very uniform as it's designed to be that way and it includes a certain number of households (less than 4,000 people so generally around 2,000 households) hence the geo area of a Tract can vary in sparse vs densely populated areas of a city.

FYI, there is also a look back period for the sale or disposal of any asset prior to filing, some think they might out smart the system ya know....LOL Now, my experience is in the 11th District and what may be done is not always that uniform, which is why attorneys are usually needed.What the government allows they can take away too. :)

But, the Standard Uniform Deed of Trust doesn't require a term to be stated, simply the date the obligation was made and a description of the original amount and rate of interest secured.Since you don't really have such an issue at hand, you can't tell what direction you would need to go. :)
