@John Underwood  The lease doesn't mention pest control (lesson learned there), so I guess I'm on the hook for the treatment. 

I am getting ready to put my space up for rent and my thinking is because the windows are so large, the landlord is responsible for the window treatment.

Bathrooms and kitchens get the modern treatment.

The ozone treatment will temporarily freshen up the place, but lingering odors will likely come back.
