How Do You Feel About the May 1 Protests?

Having dual citizenship is great, but people shouldn't try to change the culture of one country to fit their habits from another country.I have visited and lived many parts of the Americas, and had many friends who have done the same in Europe, and in every situation, if a citizen of the USA were to expect everything to be done in English and well as the native language of the country (though recognizing it is like this in most big cities - but definately not the smaller cities), then the native people would be outraged. If people want to immigrate to the USA, I have no problem with it, I would probably strive to do the same, but we shouldn't change our culture to fit someone else's (such as translating the our Natinal Anthem into Spanish - I was not a fan of that.)

rehab vs flipping

I missed your post or I would have answered sooner. In the situation you described where you would wholesale a property from a wholesaler, the procedure would depend on if it was before closing or not.If it was before closing and I was double closing, the person I was double closing to could use an assignment of contract to assign the property to someone else (the original contract is not altered). If it was before closing and I was assigning the contract, the person I assigned it to could double close the property to someone else. Now I am avoiding the idea of a double assignment (the person I assigned it to assigns it to someone else) only because I have never done one and have never consulted an attorney or title company to find out if that's possible.

Whats the point of wholesaleing?

I'll help you anyway I can here.To be fair, my point was that there are slim pick'ns, that translates into higher prices for potential fix n flips, higher material and rehab costs for small buyers, higher costs for labor if you can't give a few guys steady work and I failed to mention the 2,000+ agents crawling all over town trying to get a listing from the 100 people they know. You're welcome to try.... do you eat BBQ?
