I don't expect Scenario 1 to happen easily, but if we can have a couple conversations and spend a few bucks to get us close to that scenario, we'll be far better off than if we take a confrontational stance and motivate him to push us all into Scenario 2.In any case, we'll get something started tomorrow.

I am in the process of buying a foreclosure  home in Florida, contract has been signed, home inspection has been performed and earnest money has been put down, my real estate agent has been trying to contact the seller to speed the process of paperwork for tomorrow's closing August 31, in the event that they don't answer by end of the day tomorrow, what is the next step to follow?

I couldn't see anything that looks like clock wiring in these pictures that were sent to me either, although I'm not exactly sure what clock morning specifically looks like everything in the photos that was sent to me seemed like normally insulated wires.It is comforting to hear that that isn't exactly a normal occurrence though, I don't have and insurance company that I am loyal to at the moment since this is the first property I'm purchasing and I plan to do some more insurance shopping after purchasing this one, timing is just getting tired at the moment foreclosing.I hope to have an update from another insurance company tomorrow morning
