@Russell Brazil What are your thoughts on the casino being built do you think the area is already bought out or do you think there might be an opportunity with all those employees to find rental units when it comes online?

My job is not horrible but I'm not thrilled about the typical track of working until age 55+.

I am thrilled to be involved in real estate investing and to hopefully meet others with the same interests.

I think you should be thrilled that you're able to make money on this deal by wholesaling it.

For multifamily that's sat on the market for several months the owners are thrilled.

I'm sure your flooring guy will be thrilled to have some free labor. lol :)

Provided you answer your phone when your customer, or client calls, and admit when you don't know the right answer if and when that occurs, the people you're working with are thrilled you're honest with them. 

The bank doesn't care whether you lend the money to a LLC or whether you go to the casino and gamble it away - they do care about getting paid though.

Think about how many people don't have any qualms about dropping $100k on shares of Apple in the "Grand Casino".
