I tell this to many of my friends and they can't stomach it.

Anybody's stomach ready for Monday???

Around the time of grade school I began to realize that when people spoke about what their job was or when my contemporaries explained what they wanted to be I had a sinking feeling of anxiety in my stomach.

If you don't have the stomach for it then I would suggest not even getting started because you might become an emotional wreck and get ulcers and such.But if you want to be in the game sometimes you have to take some risks.  

I was quoted for 8 windows by Window World and it was tough to stomach.

I've passed on places that were priced for market rents but were far undermarket, l didn't have the stomach for that game, but plenty do.

Getting additional income from the late fees works wonderfully so long as you can stomach being paid late.

If it is a 15 year fix it would just be how much you can stomach for 15 years then you own the property free and clear.

There are lenders who will refi with 0 seasoning, rates will probably be in the 7's or 8's based on credit score.. if you can stomach that then solution found

I had thoughts of just walking away from it but I never missed a payment or the taxes and the value climbed back up to a point where I could stomach the sale.
