Looking all over the country is just going to be either overwhelming or waste a lot of energy

Remember that the on-site company also has an onsite maintenance and housekeeping staff.

Property has no "on-site" employees with exception of cleaning staff.

There are no specific plans developed at this point that anyone can offer advice on - I'm just overwhelmed and I feel like we're on a bit of a time crunch to get something going.

In the short term it can be overwhelming, you lose sleep, you worry about other hidden issues popping up, you second guess your decision to buy the property (buyer's remorse).So, what happen to the two property I listed above?

The overwhelming opinion on the forums is to open up private offerings to everyone and I get criticized when I suggest otherwise.

I know some software will do it for you but that is for more traditional lenders. ya the big lenders have a dedicated staff person for it.. 

Just wondering if anyone has talked with some of the County Council staff or if agents in the area are considering it (it's already hard to find a PM company in this area).

Its a bit overwhelming if that makes sense.
