I am very interested in real estate investing and flipping (I have a decent amount of construction experience) I was wondering what some good resources are to look at when evaluating a property, especially in the Dayton / Cincinnati area.  

the way to go about it is turn it over to your insurance and get the police report.. sometimes insurance will then subjugate the claim and go after the tenant criminally I had that happen on one of my rentals where the tenant did 40k in malicious damage on a new construction home I purchased in MS. 

You can always use a software like Turbo-Tax and follow the prompts.

Most new construction deals require you to give up to a 10-year warranty on some items while most fix and flips come with very little extended liability after the sale excluding gross negligence which is not stopped by an LLC in any case.

There are plenty of entry roles from cold calling, scrubbing data and find deals for investors, leasing assistant, work on construction sites, office admin, project coordinator, Title assistant, RE photographer, transaction coordinator.. on and on. 

Is there a software system to track everything and notify the owner?

Also, construction is in all time low, so that factors into the need for rental properties. 

There were a lot of other training, software, and videos included such as syndication training, high performance call, 1:1 deal analyzing, scripts and much more.Option 2: $5,000 for 30 days and then $295 a month after that. 

On the REI Trust where grandpa set up long go… so I’m following that they turn over their old assets and buy new construction and basically double they’re holding every seven years.:) Does the trustees sign to get new Loans for the new construction properties?

Don't buy beyond your means when it comes to construction.
