They celebrate paying off their outsized mortgage because for them it's a great life-changing accomplishment.They mourn when they have to leave the house that they spent so much of their lives in, like their cheap ticky-tacky tract-built place is an ancestral estate handed down from time immemorial and their lives are bound up with the soil it rests on.They fill their houses with just ungodly amounts of their crap, trying to own it more fully.They hire people to do the simplest jobs in their house because they're worried to death about structurally compromising the joint: "Oh no, if I replace this faucet and the faucet leaks there will be massive damage and a contractor will have to give me a quote and I'll have to file a claim with my insurance, and, and, and..."

Eric,Quick Response codes have been adopted for lots of irrelevant uses these days ... using them to encode a URI does not really leverage their potential.In simplest terms, they are a 2-dimensional barcode, originally developed about 20 years ago to allow encoding of Kanji along with ~7000 numbers).

I don't think you want to become a broker, I wouldn't, with the required paper work, admin, record retentions,etc, let alone if you start hiring agents, and have 5-10 walking liabilities running do who knows what.Perhaps the simplest solution would be find a broker who works as a "transaction fee" broker: one who doesn't necessarily take a percentage of the commission but a flat fee per transaction; typically say a $350 brokerage fee and something like a $250 'record retention" fee (which is typical here-paid by the client or otherwise eaten by the agent.

Giving them a PG of any kind is like giving a hungry dog a meaty bone and you will bear witness to this when you try make any changes, sorry to tell.In my experience, the simplest way to vacate a PG is to restructure the loan instrument.
