Dear BP friends,I am trying to help Family in Sydney, Australia to find a mortgage lender that works with seniors.

Meaning, they relied on the old tactics, "If the borrower files BK you will get wiped out" or, "If you don't take what the senior lender is offering you, they will foreclose and wipe you out" or my favorite, "No, I've earned 3%, I'm not cutting my commission at all, you can't make me cut my commission to make this deal work, you cut your proceeds".

:)  I also hear of a lot of challenges getting mortgages as a Canadian Citizen, Setting up your corporations right, the exchange rate keeps you on your toes, and the unknown of what a downturn in the market looks like are enough to make us research a little harder before we just jump down there. 

Senior friendly but not assisted living.  

If you are looking for sellers, consider a campaign to Seniors with Low Financial Stability Scores (FSS)If you are looking for buyers, consider a campaign to high income renters and high FSS.

I'm currently a senior in college and plan on graduating in the Spring with a degree in finance, and am currently still living with my parents and have no major expenses outside of paying for my car insurance and phone bill (Lucky, I know).Given all the experience and knowledge on this site, I was just curious what would be the best way for me to start out?

The Ocala market is very good (where I live and have rentals) and also The Villages/Lake Panasoffkee area for seniors. 

Since he has no real authority over me, and is a private citizen like myself, what if any rights do I have against his bullying? 

I’m also a college student in my senior year so I have a bit of a feel for what the market is like.

Normal could eaisly be a family of two pulling in 300+ yr as junior people or more senior person and one stays at home.The right property in the right area will go fast...
