@Liam Alvarez  I've never seen an app or a website that analyzes all markets and spits out the top 3 you should invest in for the highest returns. 

This seems pretty clear that LL gets to select the area(s) to be painted and the color.  ”The areas designated for painting should be painted thoroughly to ensure that no previous color is visible.

The letters are pretty vague and when you look on the EPA website they talk about a 10-year initiative.

@Shuvrajit Mukherjee - You have to be able to scrape that data from some where pretty easy...a lot of that property specific info is public record.There is a website called chicago cityscape...I am decent friends with the founder....it is sourcing a ton of data that might help. 

I didn't, and the people at Eagle Rock, who approved permits and necessary utility connections, were not very cooperative, which made the process more stressful than it had to be.I've seen lots listed on Zillow and the Aggressive Real Estate web site.

I only ask because you said you are new to this.The S8 rents you see on the HUD website is gross eligibility.

Most billion dollar portfolio holders have there assets listed on their company website or are out there promoting their business through their assets one way or another.
