There are many form leases available on the internet but I think most of them are not adequate.

If you just send the standard "will buy your house for cash" postcards, or do generic bandit signs, or canned PPC internet leads, you will waste all of your time on crap "leads" that aren't real.

The internet is information overload.  

It’s a worthwhile investment to safeguard both your assets and your financial future. 

Contracts found on the internet from strangers are often dated, not in compliance with your local laws, or plain trash.

You likely won't find your answer on the internet, FB marketplace is a good start, but I found all my help up there through referrals and picking up the phone. 

It's better than what you'll get from most attorneys and what you'll find on the internet.
