I rented my apartment a few weeks ago and pushed really hard on the landlord to give me permission to either sublet or assign my lease terms.

Although I am outside of my comfort zone and feel like an absolute tool (I'm lost and that's uncomfortable), my faith, drive, and want to achieve my family and life goals continues to motivate me to get outside of my comfort zone and push for continuous improvement.  

They arent really allowed to turn you away, but they will push you away with terrible loan pricing and intentionally bad service. 

I am constantly seeing the constant push for baselane.

That has led them to continue to jack up rent prices and often, push out good tenants for the sake of an extra $100/month.

cons - 6 months from now the 24 models roll out, the 23 becomes a used car with a new car payment for another 5-6 years. 

In the limited instances where I do collect a fee on the purchase I often roll it into the deal and take price reduction.

I have my HSA, my roll over IRA, and an account I keep there for emergency funds.

This group really pushed me over the edge to NOT signing up with one of those coaching services and come here with my questions, so here goes.I really want to find a home in one of a few particular neighborhoods in the Poconos.

I want to continue to invest in the property especially after getting back the inspection report which had a little more work than expected but I can roll with the ball!
