So we did our own surveying, engineering design, city submittal, and construction management...all in house. :)I also tend to agree that at our early stage we may need to offer something in between 8-15%, maybe closer to 10-12%.

Moore's law dictates that hardware and software are pretty much 2 separate entities with a symbiotic relationship.There's tons of different types of companies within tech. 1 of my kids works on a Zika virus project in data, 1 writes software for gaming, 1 designs and builds robots.
