I've heard about people doing the emotional support animal scam, so not sure what types of animals they can have, would they include pitbulls and german shephards or would they be labs or retrievers?

You can probably retrieve that info from some of the larger vacation rental agencies in Big Bear, like Big Bear Cool Cabins, BigBearVacations.com and Destination Big Bear (those are the ones that stand out at the moment).

I will retrieve the real estate taxes off of the county website.
