I have a tenant who is not paying rent, reject my phone calls and not responding to texts.  

@Stuart @Gregory Schwartz @Chris Seveney Thanks a lot for taking time to respond to my query.Initially when I made an offer to purchase the property, the lender-1 brought so many last minutes after about 10 days into the deal.

A lot of people will probably not see these posts or respond since they're buried inside someone else's thread.
