I really want to start doing something like that. and I decided that starting with wholesaling is the best thing to do since I don't have a necessary budget to do the others.My question is: considering my case, I really don't want to fall for the "unlawful employment" thing with the immigration department because I know it is very tricky.Looking forward to hearing your advice on the matter!

After such high profile cases and punishments, I'm surprised these people are that ballsy (see: idiotic).

She took three weeks to file the most recent unlawful detainer of a tenant who had gotten into a fight and was two months behind on his rent.

@Justin Windham The lawyer did mention compensation for unlawful withholding of our security deposit--but he also said that with legal fees we'd probably break even. 

Alas, I am a glutton for punishment and hate waiting in line at paint stores, box stores while my paint is mixed.  

The severity of the punishment may be determined on intention, but not the legality of the act itself.

Why punish the renter?

Probably why your hero's aren't here anymore, I'm just a gluten for punishment I guess.

People are willing to take economic hits to punish others.
