I have the chain of emails between them and the contractor pretty much saying that they saw the cable but rather then calling they called after digging through the cable.

On paper that is a pretty darn good ROI but I’ve found when dealing with lower rent numbers the profits dwindle quickly especially when the PM has so much loose leash.
