But prioritize quality here, I'd also tell you to no more MFs & to go get a SFR.

Shouldn't we be prioritizing quality over quantity?  

I know BP is about collaboration but keep in mind there are tons of beginners on this site.

They are lower income, and likely have difficulty prioritizing rent.
