Don't want to work a W2 forever.I haven't tried all of the platforms by any means but Gemini vs ChatGPT for example, I will ask them questions in regards to evaluating markets and if they don't like the idea (don't know where to look?)

I would recommend advertising on the usual platforms (FF.com, airbnb.com) with a focus on bringing value to the resident while also being very responsive to any business to business leads that come in.

Nobody “needed” the internet when it came out, but the internet enabled things that weren’t possible before.For example, there is a lending platform launching soon that will allow borrowers to use Bitcoin as collateral for a loan.  

I don't have airdna, but i did come across one that similar tool that showed these stats for free, and even showed some of the houses people were trying to sell exclusively on these platforms.

I would also recommend getting on the VRBO platform immediately.

As others have said, fitting what is popular in your market or what will sell best is always the best strategy.

It's still important for each individual to test the software platforms to see which one they prefer.
