I haven't seen a lot of discussion about this topic which surprises me since I feel like personal finance people talk about HSAs all the time! 

Clearly there is a sizeable amount of people consuming content about this stuff.Furthermore, there are literally millions of entry level rental properties in the Midwest.

I never was able to coordinate a consistent quarterly meeting for planning, I never knew who to contact because they have multiple levels of their workers and people were constantly moving in and out of the organization.  

I would not borrow from ANY lender I learned of over the internet unless I knwe personally people who had used them. 

Very, very few people keep the same loan for 30 years. 

Place a notification for those people as their articles are often posted not only on their publication site but on other news sites as well so you can keep up to date.

Sending threatening communications is not a good way to start a long term relationship with the people who own the home you live in.
