Answering those questions always comes back to a single question in my opinion: What's the end goal?

It's just not that hard of a job to do with a system in place and frankly it's too expensive in our opinion.

In my opinion, these do not seem to be serious but I am not seeing all the areas.

The “moderate size” question is pure opinion.

If you don't have an agent...well...nothing is a problem until it's a problem but our advice and opinions are meaningless if you actually need to use your insurance.It's vitally important that you understand exactly what you have before you need it.

Here's how I do my due diligence:1) Portfolio matching: (takes 30 seconds per deal)a) Have an educated opinion on where I think we are in the real estate cycles (financial and physical market cycles)b) Then and only then do I pick the strategies, capital stack, and specialized asset subclasses that make sense for that opinion.
