Exculpation/Limitation on Damages Clause.

They reached out last storm Helene and we survived with no damage.

The fee cannot be interest, a finance charge, liquidated damages, or a penalty.

If I was them, I would sue you for damages.

I took a lot of photos with damage on my walkthrough.

Broke down the doors and stole all of my mechanicals + material on-site (resulting in ~$30K worth of damage)I just had a contractor walkthrough and talk to neighbors and apparently there is now a homeless man who has been sleeping upstairs (he wasn't present, however bedding was present).

We do charge a fee and cover any damage or extra cleaning for our clients.
