Multifamily pricing is really high in the A and B neighborhoods around Scottsdale and Phoenix.

@Joseph Gary there are Class B Neighborhoods in Detroit and most of the Ring Cities (suburban cities touching Detroit) are now Class B.We've got it all mapped out @ our website.DM us if you'd like to discuss more:)

Would appreciate referrals as well as any general insights about the market, neighborhoods, etc.

Signed into law in 2021, SB 9 is designed to address the housing crisis by allowing greater density in residential neighborhoods.

It is never good to be the biggest or most expensive house in a neighborhood.

If the violations took place prior to purchase, I would at least give them written notice that you are aware of the previous violations and that just one under your watch would result in an eviction.in the meantime, I would shop for new insurance and pass the increase on to the tenant.
