Evening,   With 2024 off to a good start, I wanted to throw some networking gas on the fire and say hello to the community.

My tenants called the PSEG electric gas company to fix the furnace.

Gas money/car expenses, cell phone bill, and some legal paperwork. 

Uses his own mower and buys his gas.

He is responsible for gas/electric.He called me yesterday and notified me that the electric company disconnected his service 2 months a go because his bill got too big and he can not pay it at the moment.

On the lease the tenants are suppose to pay for the utilities.The Gas company sent him a termination notice stating that the Gas meter was tampered with, and he has to paid $300.

Havin more people on a shared hot water take will require a bigger tank and possibly larger gas line. 

Cleveland Public Power/don't know if you are Dominion Gas but you should know.

Tenant pays gas and electric - Forced air and central ac- stainless steel appliances.

Other upgrades included: new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpet, hardwoods, gas fireplace, sprinkler system, sod and much more!
