Hotteenia Jenkins No rain in sight :) I’ve heard that advice before and although at first I didn’t want consider investing in NYC because “it’s too expensive”, I lived in this area the majority of my life (moving to Brooklyn only 4 yrs ago) and my mother lives about 5 mins away.

I am interested in short and long term investments as I wish to retire from my current job ( driver for UPS), within the next 5 yrs. 

@Roxanne Lembke As @Russell Brazil mentioned, you can use 1 yr of tax return, but you have to show that the business has been in existence for 5+ yrs.

The resale certificate I got prior to the purchase (3 yrs ago) clearly mentions that the garage is deeded.In the past 2 months, while the unit is rented, the tenant may not have used the garage frequently and the HOA claims they can reassign the garage to other unit owners.

Total newbie here....been renting my entire life and finally (at 33 yrs old) realizing that my military Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) could be building equity and become a rental property instead of being put in someone else's pocket.  

Hello everyone,My Husband has been an Iron Worker for 12 yrs and was recently given access to his Missouri annuity since we've moved to California, where he is building up a new one.

I will explain,  I am a G.C and built homes from the ground up for 10 yrs.

I think the carpet is literally 100 yrs old.  

After 13 yrs mine is on smart phone.  

Most likely 10 yrs to forever.
