The long-term trend will likely see a rebound though as the need for traveling medical professionals is likely to remain high.AirBNB and VRBO are much more capitalized than FF, and they seem to be making a push to get more market share of the MTR renter pool.

Also, look at the other coverages on the policy such as Contents, Loss of Rents, Loss Assessment, Liability, Medical Payments, etc.   

The upside is those properties will probably be taken to pay medical bills anyway if they live long lives. 

Travel nurse demand is down quite a bit so I wouldn't just count on housing traveling medical professionals.

He still hasn’t moved in because of some medical issues (as per him) and hospital admission  etc etc and saying will move March 15th now.
