Does anyone have a process they go through to check demand for traveling medical professionals?

If there is any break in their voice or any inclination on their part that they will "try" or "maybe", I flat out say "just be straight with me, was the rent sent or not". 100% of the time the answer is yes, and 100% of the time that's been a lie.Its amazing how bank accounts are hacked, checks are lost, mail isn't collected/lost, fraud happens, medical emergencies occur, etc exactly 1 day after rent is due, but the other 30 days of the month nothing ever happens.

You can get very good property for the money, and in Lubbock we do not rely on energy, but mainly have a medical HUD and Texas Tech University which will always drive traffic and bring people to this area.

When i posted this here in another thread a member  said he tells them he wants the office address of their doctor along with their written consent to confirm there is a medical reason for this pet.  

Urban cores seem to be doing well for MTR because of business and medical demand, as well as family relocations etc.This last question is a tough one.

I bought a property which has 5 bedrooms in the first level that is zoned for both residential and limited office which can be used for professional offices, medical office, etc but no retails.

I want to thank all those that reached out to help me with the commercial lending suggestions. I just got word yesterday I am approved through a local community lender.

Most all of our MTR guests have been traveling medical professionals but not just nurses.

For older demographics, consider the availability of medical centers, entertainment, and restaurants.Buildings/Permits: Assess the city's growth compared to previous years.Determine if the city can accommodate future supply.Government Regulations: Examine the city's efforts and the type of businesses they are targeting.

Especially traveling medical professionals.- configuration.
