They are too much of a gimmick and most tenants prefer to have the bottom-line expenses.

You all must agree to the same thing or else you will just end up fighting about what to do.Since your mom doesn't have it in a living trust, I suggest you do that right away.

The lot works and ok with living in one unit, just trying to find people that have executed them in Los Angeles City.

Living closer to work saves time and money.

Ensure you account for expenses like maintenance, vacancy, or capital expenditures.

I currently live Levittown and a house around the block from me is on the market for 1.5m.
