One huge advantage to this is that it will clean up Zillow postings that are overdue/expired or already rented out.

The center is currently fully leased but there were some lengthy vacancies last year which certainly affected the 2019 NOI.

I would not do it again from an investment perspective, as it is a very lengthy process having to deal with the historic department in your city and fighting in public hearings to get your plans approved and your permits going.

I know it will be lengthy process and It would take about a year for me to find a school, study and do the LSAT, and applications.

Overdue exterior upkeep?

(some law that prevents property from being conveyed between family members for below market value *even though they are about to short sell it anyway and they are dealing with debt issues and will likely sell it for cheap regardless*)I apologize for the lengthy post and I appreciate anyone and everyone's input.
