I have made my own list of leads as well with some properties that I find vacant, probate, tax lien. but have only helped an out of state realtor on a deal a yr ago. and 2025 I would like to have the right people to go to with questions and or properties when I talk/find home owners that are willing to get rid of the property as well.

In some cases, after running the numbers, I’ve even faced potential negative returns, causing me to miss out on promising deals here in South Florida.That brings me to my question: I currently own two homes—one is my primary residence, and the other is a rental property.

I havent had a chance to read through all of the negative comments, but I can tell you that it really helps in getting higher occupancy rates.

In the infancy of this new wave of Airbnb, say 5 years ago, there was a lot of money to be had, which draws in a lot of investors, which starts to suppress the revenues and also draws attention from critics, which leads to taxation and regulation.

This dealflow is then supplemented with deals from the broker channel.The broker channel will get leads in the door quickly, but they are usually of questionable quality and loyalty.
