Just make sure you view yourself as an investor and can't get tagged with the label of "dealer in real estate".

Sounds to me, if paying rent late is the only issue and the landlord has not handled this appropriately from the start, then labeling the tenants as "bad tenants" is the wrong thing to do.

We've done million dollar buildings without a dime to our names, so and label people "dreamers" insinuating that because they have no money, credit, or whatever the obstacle is, is foolish.

This was an invaluable experience and a key ingredient to fast tracking our success.

I'd also recommend faucets which are labelled "Watersense."

Debt platforms will keep the origination fee and some of the interest that is paid to investors.Some will offer white label services and charge a yearly fee for a crowdfunding website.  

You don't have an W-2 income, you don't file taxes, you aren't labeled as self employed.

IMO, deal with the economics, not the labeling or politics.
