Usually the increased buying power and shared expenses can help make the numbers tie out, especially when you consider getting creative with occupancy (maybe yall split time at the house and spend time elsewhere through out the year).Im seeing more and more interest from folks who are looking to do this sort of thing in tandem.

In my experience, they have the fastest turnaround time vs folks out of driving distance from the property.

There are some amazing folks in there that truly want to see you succeed IF you put in the work.

Still lots of folks looking to buy and sell here.

I want to let you know that there is a short term rental forum, where you can chime in on things that have worked for you, or ask questions of folks who have similar successes and challenges with STRs.  

This might be an unfair perception of folks who open carry - but it is still a real concern, and one which is not going to help you.

so if it's possible to inoculate folks to that there's a lot they can do in terms of networking and meetups, even the pitch-y ones if their eyes are open. 

Lastly many folks were home watching the As and Giants in the World Series and I am sure that saved a lot of folks.
