Tenant tried to flush all the weed down the toilets, it clogged my septic tank and drainfield... getting that repaired now..story was all over the local news....not helpful for future renting...LOLAnd 3 years ago tenant burned another house down when using a fry daddy for 10 pounds of chicken...why didnt they just go to KFC???

Nowhere in California will be flush with deals except maybe the hinterlands

If I buy a building with them, as soon as they look worn they are removed and replaced with a flush mount light.

My house rules specifically say not to flush tampons.

There hasn’t been any rain in a while so we know it must be something clogging the sewer line.We tell them to not flush any toilets or use any water and my husband goes over there immediately while I try to find a plumber who can get there that night.

You need to inspect things like are the gutters flush with the fascia, are the gutters sloped properly, don the downspouts have drain pipes/elbows directing the water away from the house, etc.

@Troy Beebe  Yup you learn over the years to flush out the tire kickers.. but retrading is just part of it.. especially in certain folks from certain countries..

This is the simplest method, but it also means your tenants are more likely to abuse the utilities by leaving windows open with the heat or A/C running, leaving lights on, ignoring the toilet that constantly flushes on its own, etc.3.
