A good, experienced borrower can turn around even an unexpectedly bad deal.

Their fees were less than Anderson but I've heard mixed reviews with both companies. 

The right team should have every system in place for you to be able to go from novice investor to experienced investor after one deal.  

Off the bat, I had a few questions that hopefully someone more experienced can help: 1. do auctions allow financing after winning the bid, or do they require entire amount to be immediately wired? 

Their online reviews on google seem great and everything is 5 stars but I promise you the team is terrible.

Once I get the homeowner to sign the assignment,  do you want to be the first option to review the numbers and possibly buy ?

It does not appear that many newbies (or experienced) investors are buying much (transaction levels are at record lows). 

These are great for experienced flippers who can handle the tight timelines and costs.Private investing usually involves individuals funding your deal, like friends, family, or networking connections.

So even though our right better get half back then none and or be in the hole like your experiencing.
