Also, what is the most accurate way to view the housing market and its expansion of X number of years in a certain area?

Exactly one week ago (1/8/2020) I found a self-storage facility listed in Florida that fit the exact criteria I was looking for; room for expansion, operational improvement potential...you name it!

My understanding is that Denver is requiring expansion tanks be retrofitted on all water heater swaps, which can be bought for 50.

This is my first time ever navigating zoning and building permitting, so I don't know how flexible or rigid these things are.Given that the new self-storage facility would be a big improvement over the current vacant and dilapidated warehouse it seems like it would be in their best interest, but I've heard that the local government can be very strict including preventing expansion on another nearby self-storage facility by changing their zoning.

I noticed that Denver was gaining more and more residence and had a hunch that that expansion would eventually trickle to the north end where i lived.

Here are a few thoughts and I would love to hear what others think.Real estate is cyclical and there will be ups and downs caused by interest rate movements, mismatch of supply and demand and general economic conditions related to expansion and recession. 

@Mike Provencher If i understand this correctly You're paying off your existing loan of $166,222 with the new loan of $173,350 which leaves you with $7,128 that covers closing cost as well, $0 out of pocket expanse, plus $148/m additional cash flow is a no brainier.Unless im missing something  

So I’m in the process of moving from a 1 bed aptto a bigger place due to an expansion in the family, so we need more room.
