@Garrett Brown @Matt Mertz My anecdotal thoughts on Broken Bow and Hot Springs would be that we lived in Houston for 13 years, traveled more than anyone in our peer group (probably 10 trips per year drive or fly), and never went to or considered going to either of them.

@Jahid M.Starting a rental business involves researching local regulations, using platforms like Airbnb and VRBO for short-term rentals, targeting mid-term rentals like traveling nurses or business professionals, and considering Section 8 tenants for stable income.

Real estate is not my primary job, and I travel quite a bit, so having the piece of mind that I don't have to worry about the 2am call is absolutely worth the fee. 

My goal is to be financially free, travel the world, have no debt or college loans.
