I closed on the Wells Fargo property first and they said through the escrow instructions and a follow up up e-mail that if I gave them the information-amount and who to pay they would pay through escrow. 

So, as instructed, I defined my plan for short, and long term.So for my mission plan.

As a general rule, I would never pay any up-front money to a lender or lending organization.All the love in the world to the entrepreneurs who take the risks to start up businesses and bring new services to the world.

I'm a young entrepreneur, 22 years old doing e-commerce and marketing as a side hustle.

I have written instructions and some people still can’t lock it or walk out and not bother trying to lock the door.

Some people/ entrepreneurs will work side gigs for additional income after they have exhausted all available, and profitable hours that can be devoted to their primary gig. 

Like many of you, my aspiration to be an entrepreneur was fired up by Robert Kiyosaki "Rich Dad, Poor Dad", I have never looked back ever since!

My hope was that the Land Use Committee would instruct staff to stop investigating mandatory inspections of single family rental properties, but they did not.

However, it always pays to walk them through it and provide them with written instructions to refer back to in the future.

As an Entrepreneur, not just in Real Estate, I've figured out how to do things on my own.
