Rezoning can be quite a journey, but it’s not out of reach, especially with your goal of enhancing affordable housing options.

That does not mean that they always exercise that right.

However, a way to make this even simpler would be to just use a lender that can qualify the rental income with AirDNA projections so that you don't even have to go through this exercise and aren't at the mercy of what the appraiser is/isn't willing to do.

It's the enhanced version of LLM using "natural language processing" with using Claude/Opus mode(kinda next version of chatgpt, where chatgpt is more useful to open ended question).

Such an exercise is a complete waste of time and is only done by complete newbie builders.

However, it's important to exercise patience when pursuing the BRRRR method, especially given the current market conditions.
