Phoenix is the fastest growing metro in AZ.The campaign is generating leads, however with my minimal real estate investing experience and limited time from my full time job I feel like I'm not maximizing my opportunity here.The way I see it is I have 2 paths:1.

IE they just work in the NPN space and try to work the notes and ending up owning probably happens maybe not the majority of the time but quite often..

Half of all marraiges end in divorce and no one goes into a marraige thinging that they will get divorced from the love of their life...the same is true for business partnerships.
