I'm having a weird feeling due to the ease, the really good terms and the fact they aren't putting liens on the properties.

I can do a running list of all the major flaws in this thinking but for ease I will start with one of the biggest ones.     

Ease into all of this rather than calling them and asking for the world.

@Brooke Williamson have your PMC start eviction process on tenant to motivate them to put pressure on their caseworker.Caseworkers typically will respond to tenants before PMCs/owners.Without the threat of eviction though, the tenant may not try very hard to contact their caseworker.

Pressure to buy something they don't want.   

And do not like pressure from LPs like me who simply pass if they don't. 

I'm looking to invest the extra money into high cash flowing assets to take some pressure off.
