Dry the sink and put the stopper in place.To combat the population, there are a few websites that sell sprays with a targeted sprayer, like we see on a WD40 can, and other applications that work as birthcontrol to the invaders.

Both the home inspector and the rehabber felt that the leak had gotten into the wall and rotted out the framing.It turns out that the foundation at that end of the house is only 1 foot deep - and that's why that wall had settled.

Its my first potential commercial renter.need some averages or source for averages.1st floor, 2 office space, with half bath, kitchenette, on main st small town, with heat, water, electric included.modern 850 sqft office with 1000 sqft dry basement. parking, plowing, etc included. local realtor said all utilities incld avg on busiest road is $13-14 sqft.how accurate is website reonomy?

The house had 100+ feet of sill/termite damage, rotting joists under the bathrooms, no recoverable plumbing, no recoverable HVAC systems, no recoverable interior wiring (original knob & tube), and "dead" plaster falling off half of the walls.
