Second- if you bought it how much to expand units or X amount of dollars, compared to potential income.HERE they are still building these things as fast as possible,,,they are EVERYWHERE.BUT thinking this is the most return on least repairs your going to find in real estate,,,,no leaky sinks,no clogged toilets,no carpet to replace for every tenant,etc etc etc and generally no neighbors that cant get along,,,or domestic calls to police etc.Here anyway there is no office,no central renting place,,you call a phone number and they give you a key to a numbered unit.

With various entities, both domestic and offshore as well as trusts, you can create a veil of privacy that is legal, but still untouchable.On a very basic level, you can put all of your assets in various LLC's that are owned by an offshore trust.
