Two agencies you don't want to mess with or even let them know you walk the face of the earth, state RE commission and HUD, both can put you out of business, bar you from RE activities and send you up the river.

I read the title to this thread and thought you were referring to a building inspector...I initially thought you were out for blood...which God knows City inspectors are not the most loved human beings on earth.

I sleep in the building also though, so the scorched earth treatment was the only one that was going to let me sleep well. ;) Thanks for the question and I hope you never have to deal with them!

Walter is a very logical and down to earth environmental consultant that has done this type of work in residential properties for many years.

Earth tones are safe and most any furniture colors work with them.

Assuming the house isn't built on a hill and is sliding, this type of slab cracking is very common in my area where oil companies have sucked the blood out of the earth for over 100 years.
