Then I go to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria and other Danube River countries and feel sticker shock at the cost "in dollars" of a Big Mac and I see the hidden inflation and devaluation of our dollars' power.

In addition, at least in my business model, I don't have to speculate and leave my investment up to others, with flipping RE, I control the market and investment by controlling my acquisition price relative to actual value and control the market by getting in and out within 3 to 4 months which drastically reduces potential for devaluation over time.I can not do that with gold investments and I can not live inside of gold either.

We are building in the 600s, thats where the economics work much better for a builder.I believe it's long clear for the FED that their plan to deal with debt is inflation - we have printed enough money over the last years that it has to devalue the dollar natuarally, they will just try to manage that process and keep it stable - I hope they succeed and we are not comming down hard.

I would not advise S8 in a B class as it will devalue your property community wise and you are simply taking on a higher level of management that should never be necessary in a B class investment.C/D class property depending on investor possibly a option where  blue collar tenants are limited.
