We don't allow any "deal-making" in the forums, which includes advertising your services or properties, looking for partners, etc.

In the past five years, I’ve picked up 20 more properties using BRRRR, plus some subject-to deals, wraparounds, novations, and JVs.

I would recommend anyone that gets started has at least a list of 10,000 to ensure they can get 1-2 deals that first month. 

There are tons of deal flow out there.
