Ask if you have to install curb, gutter, sidewalks, street signs, street lighting or any other special requirements.

We had a new water service line run 1.5 years ago and replaced the curb trap at that time when everything was exposed.

Many things like curb appeal, stainless steel appliances, updated flooring, new paint can bring a lot of value to a property but each one is unique, and costs vary.

The thing you're asking about is "Curb" appeal, not "Curve" appeal.

I'm wondering if anyone has a favorite site for finding Duplex/Triplex Architectural floor plans that they think has curb appeal and "in-demand" open floor plans they would like to share. 

What, if anything, is their curb appeal versus yours. 

I would just put everything out on the curb.
