Go flip, run the numbers and even partner with someone, a mentor if need be to really get you started on the right path to success!  

We just moved across the country and our primary residence is now listed for rent through a property management company.

Keep pushing forward, because you’re the pilot in command of your own flight path. 

However, I’ve found that these strategies don’t seem to align with the current real estate market in my country, Pakistan, particularly in Karachi.Here’s an example:A typical 120-square-yard house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms costs around 106,000k ($270-$300 Rent per month).

There is no single path to success in real estate, besides getting started.

While you are still out of the country, personally I would not invest in anything here in the US that needs active management.
