Some areas in the country have property taxes and/or insurance that are far worse than others. 

It will contribute to the importance of insurance (and contracts).I leased a Panama City, Florida, bay front fixer from a man that lived/worked out of the country.

Let me ask you this: is it fair to require a natural-born US citizen to submit to a credit/criminal background check, but then waive that requirement for someone in the country illegally? 

Not that Zillow is known for it's accuracy, but I've found across the board that they multiply the listing price by 0.004180... every time all over the country that I've tested.

However, my market (San Diego) has one of the lowest deliquency rates and eviction rates in the country.  

But I get it when you have that tenant dynamic IE limited income basically lowest earners in the country its a tough group to corral for many many reasons..

The more I talk to investors in other parts of the country the more it seems clear that this is the Achilles heel of New England: too short a tourist season.

The mountains aren't going anywhere and this is still the busiest National Park in the Country (busier than Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, and Yosemite all 3 combined).
