Custom countertops?

From the picture you posted, the kitchen cabinets and countertops look good (especially for a rental).

I'd like to get some leads on places to find cabinets countertops, and bathroom fixtures.We do have the big box stores, but I'm looking for other places to price compare.We are in the Modesto Merced area. 

Little things for instance a chip in a counter top i would leave if renting compared to buying a new counter top if I was to sell.

I also just met a highly referred cabinet guy from China that does the whole Chinese cabinets and counter-top thing so that may be a good resource for me and my investor clients.Thanks again for all your help, I truly appreciate your time.

lol maybe some suggestions on a decent long lasting kitchen floor that is modern, sinks, countertops, cabinets, etc.  

Buy a wallpaper steamer if that's a issue.Just paint and put new countertops on existing cabinets.  

All units need some improvements: flooring (very dirty carpets), kitchen (ancient cabinets, ugly and cheap countertop),… We plan to have people in two units move out and then renovate.

Granite is a good one as it makes any ad pop when you say granite counter tops.
